Chapter 6: Sodomy

Sodomy is sexual intercourse in the anus, anal, whether male or female anal anal even his own wife.

An animal that does not come to be construed as a fornicator. Their actions could be termed an illegal and shameful act that must be sentenced to takzir.

i) adultery must be witnessed by four male witnesses. As Almighty Allah says:

"And anyone who commits acts of indecency (adultery) of the women you call in four men among you bear witness to their deeds."
(Surah An-Nisa '- verse 15)

ii) Declaration (declaration) of those who commit adultery. This declaration must be made before the priest or his representative as a judge or kadhi.

iii) Qarinah, which shows things happen adultery, for example pregnant women who are not married, or have not known her husband.

WITNESS-WITNESS QUALIFICATION IN CASE adultery

Witnesses are entitled to a witness in the case of consensual sex offenses that may be penyaksiannya are those who meet the following conditions: -

1. 4 males
2. Puberty, were grown according to the conditions specified by law.
3. Sanity
4. People just, that is not a grievous sin and the sins of the small.
5. Muslims
6. That all witnesses must actually see with their own eyes in the male genitals into female genitalia such as keris into the sarungnya.
7. Evidence of witnesses must be clear, that explains a substance into the penis into her vaginal opening as a place - not a metaphor.
