Bab 4: Pembunuhan

1. Murder is one of the great sins as God Almighty says: -

"Anyone who kills those who believe in the willfully balasananya is Hell will abide therein and the wrath and curse of Allah and made him a severe penalty."
(Surah An-Nisa'a Verse 93)

God's Word, which means: -

"O you who believe you are required to Qisas (the consideration in accordance with the act) for killing people."

2. Methods of killing three ways:

1) Accidental entirely alone

i) intentional killing alone. - The person who seeks to kill by using a device that can kill or disable someone.

Sentence: - - Murder must be requited with murder as well (Qisas) unless the pardon by the heirs who were killed to pay blood-money mughallazah (heavy fines) or excused without pay blood-money (fines) -

Qisas prerequisites: -

1) Islam
2) There are no excused by the heirs

2) mis-alone

- The unintentional killing as an example of the shoot animals but tertembak one another and cause the person killed.

Penalty: -
Charge reformism not be Qisas (suicide reaction), but his blood-money must mukhafafah (fine light). Blood-money was paid by the brothers' killers and payment may be deferred for three years. -

God's Word, which means: -

"Anyone who kills a person believed to be accidental but he freeing of a believing slave and pay blood-money (fines) to members who were killed."

(Surah An-Nisa'a - Verse 92)
